Agile1 seeks to fill a Client Services Manager position in Paris, France who is proficient in French and the English language.  The Client Services Manager’s duties will consist of the following:        
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of  client account assigned
  • Assume primary responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction and order fulfillment
  • Serve as the liaison with client representatives, suppliers and corporate partners for performance related issues to ensure contractual compliance for all locations’ account services.
  • Manage all activities related to the operations and maintenance of client account assigned
  • Ensure data integrity relating to all systems and databases impacted by each assigned account.
  • Assist in developing strategies and organizational support for process improvements; including but not limited to the establishing of priorities, objectives, metrics, policies and procedures.
  • Oversee performance and evaluate work to ensure compliance and consistency with project objectives.
  • Identify problems and recommend solutions to all parties; i.e. clients, suppliers & corporate partners.
  • Will work in partnership with management to identify and penetrate all business opportunities within each client account.
  • Work with client to define and fill job requisitions
  • Provide orientation to new team members outlining client’s requirements
  • Complete understanding of all aspects of client departments’ requirements
  • Responsible for ongoing training and development of all team members
  • Provide leadership, direction and counseling to all personnel working for client
  • Respond to requests, ideas, suggestions and grievances
  • Manage Partnered Vendor relationships, including but not limited to, weekly billing, termination of assignments, screening of candidates, problem resolution
  • Process payroll for ACT1 temporary associates working at assigned clients
  • Travel to various locations throughout the UK and Europe as required by demands of role, to assist with hiring, training and client relationship development. 
  • Assist in the creation of brochures, newsletters and associated literature
  • Maintain and facilitate all processes of the vendor management system (VMS) tool
  • Maintain clean billing and collection for each assigned account
  • Additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; three (3) years of industry related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least three (3) years of related management & leadership experience within the staffing industry, i.e. managing a contingent staffing function.
  • Proven experience in human resources related activities such as recruiting/ staffing, customer relationship management, business development, supplier/contractor management.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational & financial functions such as profit & loss & budgeting) as well as associated tracking software systems & procedures.
  • MS Office, MS Project & Internet
  • Ability to learn proprietary technology.
  • Knowledge of labor & employment laws, i.e. Wage & Hour, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, etc.
  • Experience with on-site/corporate operations with contingent staffing including staffing vendor management for Fortune 500/1000 clients.
  • Excellent verbal & written communications.
