Our client is looking for German speakers for a contact center in Budapest.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • To submit excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email)
  • Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
  • Accountable for meeting individual and team goals (KPIs)
  • Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
Required skills:
  • MUST have good command of spoken and written German language (level B2 or higher according to The Common European Framework ) + Good English communication skills
  • Fresh graduates from hospitality, travel, communications or language degrees/courses are welcome to apply or with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, critical-thinker with attention to detail.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality

                                  20 base + additional leave by age
                                  No carry over; cash convertible on final pay
  • Commuting Allowance:         Commuting to work: The company will cover a minimum of 86% of the          daily travel expenses towards public transportation tickets or monthly passes, including season passes.
  •                                             Return to home: The travel allowance provided by the company to support the employee with his/her return to home is 86% of the ticket or monthly pass fare, but no more than 35 200 HUF in 2016 provided that the employee's home is in another area than the workplace.
  • Shift Allowance:            -  35% for hours worked between 6pm to 6am
  • Overtime (OT):             If employee works OT (more than 40 hours per week), employee will receive overtime base + overtime allowance.

    Overtime base = (base salary / total number of the working hours in the relevant month) * the number of the actual overtime
    Overtime allowance = (base salary / amount of the general divider number ) * the number of the actual overtime

    General Divider number is based on employee type:
    Full-time employee - In case of 8 hours work a day, the monthly divider number is 174
    Part-time employee - In case of 4 hours work a day, the monthly divider number is 87; in case of 6 hours work a day, the number is 130.5.

    Maximum OT hours capped at 250 hours per annum. In case of part-time, OT hours capped at maximum 8 hours / week or 4 hours / day.
  • Staff discount:  Up to 14% discount on the company bookings up to 12 bookings per year
