Responsabilità
  • Accogliere il cliente ed assicurare la migliore Client Experience in linea con il posizionamento dello Store e con gli standard e le direttive aziendali;
  • Supportare nelle attività visual, monitorando costantemente l’esposizione dei prodotti, gestendo il riordino e riassortimento;
  • Sviluppare con i clienti relazioni a lungo termine, sfruttando i diversi strumenti di clienteling, al fine di promuovere la fedeltà al brand;
  • Monitorare l’attività di vendita (Key Performance Indicator) contribuendo al raggiungimento dei target dello Store;
  • Aggiornarsi costantemente sulle novità del Brand e avere un’approfondita conoscenza del prodotto;
  • Rappresentare adeguatamente il Brand durante la partecipazione ad eventi promozionali e attività.
Requisiti
  • Interesse per il mondo retail e per le attività di vendita;
  • Orientamento al lavoro di squadra;
  • Orientamento alla Customer Centricity;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e capacità di adeguarsi ai diversi interlocutori;
  • Ottima flessibilità e adattamento a situazioni e modalità di lavoro;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue costituisce un plus);
  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di vendita, preferibilmente all'interno di contesti di Lusso;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turno e nei weekend;
  • Appartenenza alle categorie protette per invalidità civile (L. 68/99).
