We are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team
What you will do?
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
- Manage project costs, variations, valuations, and interim/final accounts.
- Support commercial management activities, including claims and risk identification.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Produce regular cost reports and ensure projects meet legal, quality, and safety standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or technical qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Experience on major or international construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of measurement standards and construction regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and construction systems (BIM/Civil 3D a plus).
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and build strong working relationships.
- Flexibility to work across office, client, and site environments, with travel as required.
