About the job:We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team, supporting the Platform division. You will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.What you'll get to do:• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.• Act as the main point of contact for client communications and escalations.• Understand client business goals and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.• Deliver product training and demos to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, Operations) to meet client expectations.• Analyze client data to identify trends, optimize ROI, and recommend improvements.• Coordinate and prioritize client requests for new features or services.• Represent the company at industry events across Europe (occasional travel required).• Stay updated with industry trends, product updates, and best practices.• Help the delivery team collect, verify, and prioritize clients' technical and non-technical requirements for new product features.• Ensure clients clearly understand the product development roadmap and upcoming releases.What You need to know:• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in SaaS, payments, or iGaming.• Solid understanding of online business functions: payments, marketing, affiliates, customer service, and content.• Familiarity with player account management, wallet systems, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming tools is a plus.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken).• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Here's what we offer:· Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.· Stay Healthy: 3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.· Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.· Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.· Support for New Parents:- 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
