Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.Job DescriptionWe are looking for Senior Backend Developers with strong experience in Ruby on Rails and AWS to join an innovative tech project. You will be responsible for externalizing Ruby on Rails services, implementing new backend services, and contributing to the development of a Content Delivery Service. With your expertise in large-scale production systems, you will play a key role in ensuring that our backend architecture is efficient, scalable, and future-proof, while working alongside cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.Qualifications6+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on large-scale production systemsStrong expertise in Ruby on Rails and AWSExperience in externalizing Ruby on Rails servicesProven track record in implementing new backend servicesExperience building and maintaining Content Delivery ServicesSolid understanding of system scalability, performance, and security best practicesAbility to work with microservices architecture and cloud-based solutionsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication skills in English (B2 level minimum)Additional InformationDevoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
