Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Service Manager to oversee the operation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity services, ensuring effective project management and strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Your Responsibilities:Supervise the daily operation of cybersecurity services.Promote continuous improvement of processes and services.Manage technical and operational projects.Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.Guarantee compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.QualificationsProven experience in IT service management, preferably in the cybersecurity field.Experience with MS Windows Server and Unix.Strong skills in MS Office and MS Project.Solid knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6.Proficiency in DNS.ITIL Foundation certification (or advanced level) is a plus.Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.Results-oriented and problem-solving mindset.Additional InformationWorkplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).Location: Picoas, Lisboa.
