We are currently seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced culinary professional with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchens, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. Work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Crew in the creation, planning, and execution of menus. Assist in the training, mentoring, and development of new crew members, fostering a positive, supportive, and efficient work environment. Lead by example, contributing to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing strong initiative and leadership skills. Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation. Requirements: Extensive experience working in busy, fast-paced kitchens. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A passion for cooking, creativity, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
