Alongside project delivery, you'll provide occasional Level 2 support during peak periods and help drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and automation technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end IT project delivery across software, infrastructure and system upgrade projects.Engage stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.Manage project plans, RAID logs, budgets, reporting and governance.Support business change through training, communication and adoption activities.Provide Level 2 IT support during peak demand or major change windows.Promote continuous improvement and adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and automation tools.Required Skills & Experience3+ years' experience delivering IT projects in an enterprise environment.Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project methodologies.Experience using Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams and SharePoint Online.Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Active Directory and Windows 10/11.Understanding of networking fundamentals, endpoint management and IT security best practices.Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot, automation tools or generative AI platforms.Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Desirable Skills & QualificationsPRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certification.ITIL Foundation or experience with IT service management.Basic PowerShell or Python scripting skills.Experience in multi-site or enterprise environments.Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 or Modern Desktop Administrator.What we are looking forOrganised, proactive and delivery-focused.Able to balance project leadership with hands-on support.Strong communicator with a collaborative approach.Passionate about technology, automation and AI innovation.Why join us?Opportunity to lead impactful IT and transformation projects.Exposure to modern Microsoft and AI technologies.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Ongoing learning and development opportunities.How to ApplyIf you're a proactive IT professional with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.Please apply below with your CV and cover letter.
