Opis posla

Azienda operante nel settore alimentare ricerca una risorsa da inserire nel team commerciale per la vendita di bevande calde. La risorsa selezionata si occuperà della gestione operativa delle vendite, supportando i clienti nella scelta dei prodotti e garantendo un elevato standard di servizio. L’attività avverrà prevalentemente tramite canali digitali e telefonici o su appuntamenti, con un focus sull’acquisizione e fidelizzazione della clientela. Mansioni principali: Gestione delle vendite dei prodotti attraverso canali digitali e su appuntamento Consulenza e assistenza ai clienti per la scelta dei prodotti Monitoraggio degli stock e segnalazione delle necessità di approvvigionamento Gestione degli ordini e organizzazione delle spedizioni Collaborazione con il team per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita Requisiti richiesti: Proattività e spirito d'iniziativa Capacità di problem solving e gestione delle richieste dei clienti Buon utilizzo strumenti informatici Precisione e attitudine al lavoro in team Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali Offerta e benefit: Formazione costante retribuita sui prodotti e le tecniche di vendita Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi con possibilità di rinnovo Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali, con disponibilità a lavorare il sabato e giorni festivi in base alle necessità aziendali.
