We’re looking for a dynamic Category Manager to lead our Toys & Games category on Miravia — an innovative e-commerce platform by Alibaba Group, based in Madrid.

You’ll shape the annual strategy, drive growth, and build strong partnerships with top brands and sellers — all to deliver a winning shopping experience for Spanish consumers.


✅ What You'll Do

  • Develop category strategies and business plans based on market trends, competition, and consumer insights.
  • Lead product selection, seasonal promotions, and supply expansion across toys & games.
  • Optimize seller performance through store operations, content quality, pricing, and traffic.
  • Collaborate with marketing and traffic teams to boost visibility and sales via campaigns and social commerce.
  • Launch innovation projects that meet local customer needs — fast, focused, results-driven.


✅ Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 1–3 years in category management, retail, or brand management — ideally in Toys or Games.
  • Solid experience in e-commerce and marketplace operations.
  • Skilled in negotiation, commercial strategy, and P&L thinking.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for market analysis, pricing, or operational efficiency.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English – must be able to communicate effectively with both local partners and global teams.
