Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop project plans and resource requirements.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide feedback, fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues.
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, and facilitate communication among team members.
  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes.
  • Conduct project post‑mortem meetings to identify lessons learned, close out project contracts and deliverables, and archive project documents and other artifacts.
  • Effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers’ needs and identify new potential business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in SaaS companies or system integrators.
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects, leading cross‑functional teams, using best practices, adequate tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Azure, SAP ByD), and procedures (e.g., SecDevOps).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently present the project aspects to top management executives both internally and on the client side.
  • Experience gathering customer requirements, product backlog prioritization, developing effort estimations/planning, and issuing Statements of Works.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2).
  • Desired certifications: PMI‑ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE.
  • Willingness to travel to the customer’s premises.
