As a rapidly growing company, we're building the infrastructure that keeps the world's data centers running 24/7.The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for both internal hiring and external client placement needs. This is a unique dual-responsibility role:Internal HiringSource and screen Data Center Technicians across 166 countriesRecruit Project Managers, Sales teams, and Appointment Setters globallyManage our Recruitee ATS pipeline with 6,000+ active job postingsConduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, and extend offersBuild talent pipelines in key markets across all regionsExternal/Client RecruitmentSupport client requests for data center engineer placementsMaintain a network of qualified technical candidatesDeliver recruitment as a value-added service offeringWhat We NeedRequired QualificationsTechnical recruiting experience - Prior experience recruiting for IT infrastructure, data center, network engineering, or hardware rolesATS proficiency - Comfortable managing applicant tracking systems (Recruitee experience is a plus)Sourcing expertise - Proven track record with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing toolsHigh-volume recruitment - Ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse geographies simultaneouslyStrong English communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated - Independent worker who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environmentGlobal mindset - Experience with international and remote hiring across multiple time zonesNice to HaveData center or IT infrastructure industry knowledgeMultilingual capabilities (French, Spanish, German, Arabic, Portuguese)Experience hiring in emerging markets (Africa, South Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America)Understanding of global employment compliance and contractor modelsExperience with recruitment marketing and employer brandingWhat We OfferFully remote position - Work from anywhere with flexible hoursPerformance incentives - Commission and bonuses on successful placementsHigh-impact role - Be instrumental in scaling a fast-growing global operationDirect leadership access - Work closely with company leadershipGlobal exposure - Build recruitment expertise across 166 countriesCareer growth - Opportunities to build and lead a recruitment team as we scaleIf you're passionate about technical recruitment and want to be part of a company transforming global data center services, we'd love to hear from you.3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in technical or infrastructure rolesProven track record of sourcing and hiring for high-volume positionsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platformsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneouslyStrong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practicesExperience with both internal hiring and external recruitment agency coordinationFamiliarity with labor market trends in the technology and data center industrySelf-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
