As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Southern Electrical, prospecting new commercial and residential clients while nurturing long-term relationships.Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, and referralsMeet with prospects, assess needs, and pitch tailored service solutionsDeliver accurate estimates, formal proposals, and confident presentationsOwn the relationship—follow up, stay connected, and deliver long-term valueCollaborate with our project managers and field crews to keep promises madeTrack all activity and opportunities through our CRM systemRepresent Southern Electrical at trade shows and industry eventsStay sharp—keep an eye on competitors, codes, and industry changesHiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.3+ years of sales experience in electrical, MEP, or technical servicesWorking knowledge of electrical systems and industry terminologyProficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similarConfident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred QualificationsExperience selling service agreements or recurring maintenance packagesFamiliarity with NEC codes, permit processes, and estimating softwareSouthern Electrical Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
