  • Preparing and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), research agreements with universities and external entities, and consultancy agreements.
  • Providing continuous support to company functions (R&D, Operations, Commercial, Procurement) in the assessment of legal risks and in the pre-contractual phase.
  • Collaborating with the Intellectual Property Office in managing IP-related matters (patents, know-how, trade secrets).
  • Overseeing and updating standard company contracts and supporting the definition of contractual templates for international partners.
  • Managing pre-litigation and coordinating litigation with external law firms.
  • Contributing to the development of Legal Department best practices and mentoring junior resources.
Requirements and Skills
  • Law degree; the admission to the legal profession is considered a plus.
  • Significant experience (at least 8–10 years) gained in structured law firms and in complex industrial and manufacturing companies, preferably operating in production contexts similar to SAES.
  • Solid and proven experience in complex industrial and commercial contracts. Experience in negotiating international contracts.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property matters and relevant IP profiles in industrial and development contracts.
  • Experience in managing pre-litigation and litigation, in coordination with external counsel.
  • Ability to understand technical, production, and innovation processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Operational autonomy, synthesis skills, and a pragmatic approach to legal risk.
  • Precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills. Teamwork attitude.
What We Offer
  • Permanent and full-time contract.
  • Compensation and gross annual salary: to be defined based on experience and professional background.
  • Inclusion in an innovative, high-tech, and international environment.
