Sales Manager (Europe)

Join our team and be part of a luxury hospitality experience at an exciting time for the Hassler Roma. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to support the hotel's growth by developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our hotel in the luxury hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and client acquisition strategies in line with the hotel's commercial goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders; with a focus on European markets
  • Establish strong working relationships with Preferred Partner agencies (such as Virtuoso, FHR)
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth and new business opportunities
  • Represent the hotel at relevant trade fairs and industry events, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including networking and attending relevant events
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Booking teams to maximize room revenues and overall commercial performance
  • Contribute innovative ideas and sales initiatives to support business development
  • Deliver sales operational tasks including contracting and site inspections
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and business opportunities
  • Maintain the client database in the relevant CRM platform

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
  • Client database and experience working within key European markets, with a focus on Leisure
  • Strong passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Excellent ability to communicate and inspire clients with our brand values and concept
  • Fluent in English, and knowledge of other European languages a plus (such as French, German, Spanish)
  • Understanding of Italian for the work environment is preferred
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
