About the Job- Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and services in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures.
- Analyze supplier quotations and lead negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, delivery, and commercial terms.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities through supplier reviews and pricing analysis.
- Manage pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date changes, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm delivery schedules.
- Execute purchasing activities accurately and efficiently to support business requirements.
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in large multinational companies; automotive industry experience is a strong plus.
- Background in production companies is mandatory, ideally with exposure to R&D‐related activities.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Italian is mandatory; good command of English is required for daily communication.
