The Position Are you a strategic data leader ready to revolutionize digital analytics within the Southern Europe market? Join our team in Madrid as a Lead Data & Analytics Consultant during an exciting period of rapid growth. In this senior role, you will evolve your mindset from tactical business planning to high-level business strategy. You will be directly responsible for growing key client relationships (in collaboration with Incubeta client teams), developing their marketing intelligence maturity, and positioning our data and analytics expertise to maximize business value. By tracking how Incubeta's Marketing Intelligence proposition helps clients attract, convert, and delight their target customers, you will provide the visionary recommendations necessary to keep them competitive. Role and Responsibilities + Drive Commercial Growth: Achieve year-on-year Gross Profit (GP) growth targets by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned client accounts. + Own Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with high-tier clients, serving as the strategic partner for their marketing intelligence journey. + Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Define and deliver long-term roadmaps that advance clients' data maturity and align directly with their business objectives. + Lead Pitches & New Business: Support business development by crafting compelling value propositions, creating assets, and presenting technical expertise during pitches. + Facilitate Client Workshops: Run cross-functional business workshops, translating complex technical frameworks into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders. + Craft Insight Narratives: Leverage data analysis and visualizations to build compelling marketing narratives that guide client budgeting and media decisions. + Champion Tech Innovation: Advocate for cutting-edge solutions (such as machine learning and advanced data solutions) to optimize client business performance. + Establish Client Governance: Implement regular performance reviews, roadmap meetings, and strategic business reviews in collaboration with client-servicing teams. + Apply Strategic Frameworks: Utilize structured techniques (e.g., SWOT, SCQA) to deeply understand client organizations and deliver tailored, evidence-backed proposals. + Oversee Project Quality: Manage project scopes, timelines, and milestones efficiently, while reviewing deliverables and guiding technical execution alongside junior profiles and data engineers. Your character + High Business Acumen: A natural ability to connect data solutions directly to commercial growth, conversion optimization, and increased client turnover. + Creative Storyteller: Gifted at translating complex data into engaging presentations that uncover new business opportunities. + Proactive & Autonomous: Comfortable working independently to drive strategy while collaborating effortlessly in cross-functional, diverse teams. + Growth Mindset: Passionate about technology, continuous learning, and finding innovative solutions to complex industry challenges. Your profile + 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, consultancy, or client management, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data projects and driving business growth. + Proven track record of business development gained at a media agency or advertiser level. + Deep understanding of the media and customer lifecycle, as well as how to measure, target, and optimize audience strategy. + Sound understanding of the Southern European (and specifically Spanish) online advertising industry, including the tech provider landscape and programmatic media buying. + Advanced Platform Knowledge: Proven proficiency across Web Analytics platforms (GA4, Google Analytics 360), Tag Management Systems (GTM), Data Warehouses (BigQuery), Data Visualization tools (Looker Studio), and Cloud solutions (GCP / Cloud 4 Marketing). + Analytical Capabilities: Strong hands-on experience in strategic analysis, ETL pipelines, and data modeling techniques applied to marketing. + Coding (Preferable but not essential): Ability to code/script in support of customer requirements (SQL and/or JavaScript and/or Python). + Languages: Fluent in Spanish and a strong command of business English. (Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Italian is a plus).
