What it's about Partners Group is searching for a Lead Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Zug, Switzerland. The Product Management team takes full ownership of steering and executing key initiatives across the entire lifecycle of our investment programs Key responsibilities include delivering seamless new product launches, leading critical fund restructurings and winddowns, and driving superior stakeholder satisfaction with both clients and service providers throughout the entire investment program lifecycle. The successful candidate will be working within the Product Management team in Zug, which is responsible for a wide range of investment programs ranging from our flagship private market funds to bespoke separately managed accounts and evergreen funds marketed globally. You will be part of the European Product Management team with the following responsibilities: Execute end-to-end product launch management and lead complex fund restructurings by working closely with structuring, sales, and operational teams alongside external service providers, taking full accountability for flawless delivery across all stakeholder interfaces Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders across the product portfolio lifecycle to drive satisfaction, identify critical issues, and independently deliver robust solutions Identify and drive independent process optimization, automation and digitization solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across the product portfolio Act as partner for sales teams in finding solutions for clients while representing operational capabilities assertively Lead less experienced Product Managers through strategic mentorship and deliver targeted education sessions for the wider team Take full ownership of innovation initiatives in product development and operational process landscape Lead other team-relevant and business unit-relevant projects .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Lato; } h2 { font-size: 200%; } p { font-size: 100%; } What we expect University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with demonstrated academic excellence Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in asset management or private markets Proven leadership capabilities and advanced stakeholder management skills across internal teams, external partners, and client relationships Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, automation solutions, and digitization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency in investment management environments Experience with onboarding, implementation and operational setup of innovative fund and investment structures is a plus Self-directed professional with proven ability to manage complex operational tasks under tight deadlines and competing priorities Ability to mentor and coach junior team members Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to generate significant impact through effective teamwork and commitment to excellence Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences What we offer Partners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace and agility of a start-up.
