This Business Analyst role sits at the intersection of product, design and engineering. You won't be siloed. You'll move between these worlds as the work demands it. And you'll use AI not to tick a box, but as a real accelerator: to think faster, go deeper, and have more impact than you could alone.If you're someone who gets energised by complexity rather than paralysed by it, this might be the role for you.What You'll DoMake sense of complex systems: You'll lead analysis across initiatives that span multiple products, platforms and third-party integrations. That means understanding how things connect, spotting where they don't, and helping define solutions that are built to last. You'll translate genuine technical complexity into requirements that engineers can build from and stakeholders can actually understand.Own requirements end to end: From the first discovery conversation to final validation, you'll facilitate the process. That includes workshops, interviewing stakeholders, and producing the artefacts that keep everyone aligned, such as user stories, process flows, data flow diagrams, impact assessments. You'll make sure nothing falls through the gaps.Bring the user into the room: We care about building things people actually want to use. You'll work closely with Product Designers and UX Researchers, apply design thinking where it helps, and make sure requirements reflect real needs, not just what's technically convenient.Be the bridge: You'll work across Product, Engineering, Architecture. Your job is to create shared understanding, surface risks early, and help the team make better decisions with the information available.What You BringYou'll thrive in this role if you bring: 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with at least 2 years at senior levelDemonstrable experience on systems integration, digital transformation, or enterprise platform migration projectsExpert-level requirements documentation: BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process models, data flow diagramsApplied knowledge of UX principles, user research methods, and design artefacts (journey maps, personas, wireframes)Strong stakeholder management capability across technical and executive audiencesComfortable working in both Design Thinking and Agile environments.Experience facilitating workshops with senior and cross-functional stakeholdersFamiliarity with API integrations, data exchange, and middleware (at a business requirements level, not a coding level)Proficiency using prototyping and AI toolsHighly advantageous if you also bring:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or Computer ScienceCBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent certification Hands-on experience with systems integration or large-scale transformation programmes (ERP, CRM, data platform, or SaaS migrations)Formal Design Thinking training or certification (IDEO, Stanford d.school, or equivalent)Ability to run discovery sprints, design workshops, and co-creation sessions alongside UX/Design teamsExperience in a global tech company (~200-500 employees) operating in a fast-scaling environmentWhy you'll love working here You will make a meaningful impact in a business building an integrated cyber security ecosystem, working in a team that values psychological safety, trust and collaboration.
