Senior Quantity Surveyor with Programme Manager responsibilityLocation: ManchesterSalary: £50-60k + Car allowanceAt Baily Garner we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with programme responsibilities to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Manchester. You'll be working on a diverse range of projects including New Build Low Rise Housing, High Rise Cladding Remediation Works, Restoration works for listed buildings and will play a pivotal role in developing new business in the North West. As Programme Manager you will be responsible for growing our North West Quantity Surveying Service through winning work and managing a team of Quantity Surveyor's to ensure all our Client's receive a first class service.
