Office Admin Manager (Riga)

     The Job

     We’re looking for a responsible and motivated office manager in Riga to perform a variety of supportive tasks and manage the daily office needs.

     Job Description:

     – Handle general office administrative duties and manage office supplies

     – Schedule travel arrangements for the company

     – Bookkeeping and data entries

     – Scheduling of meetings with customers, partners and interviewees

     – Assist with other Ad-hoc duties and tasks

     Job Requirements:

     – Education level: University degree or currently pursuing one

     – Proficient in English, Latvian and German (oral and written)

     – Independent, proactive, high initiative, team player, efficient and strong sense of urgency.

     – Well-organised, ability to work in fast-paced environment and work well under pressure with multi-tasking.

     – Knowledge of MS Office software

     Insurance – we all need it, most people are confused by it and few really “get it”. Insurance products are hard to understand and don’t always seem to cover what you expect and on top of this buying insurance isn’t easy. In a world where we can get most things at the click of a button, buying insurance is usually still an offline or late-1990s-digital nightmare, with confusing forms and a horrible customer experience.

Existing legacy IT-systems make it hard for insurers to bring out new products quickly, to sell them in digital channels, to integrate new innovative services and to test what works and what doesn’t, in a low-cost way.
