An exciting opportunity for a Junior Accountant who is currently undergoing early stages of ACCA or relevant to join a successful company within the Pharmaceutical Industry that are willing to provide training.

Organization

Our client is a leading international pharmaceutical company.

Function

The Junior Accountant will be joining the the Finance Department and will be assisting the Senior Accountant and the Corporate functions, when necessary. Duties will include but are not limited to: posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded; assisting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements, according to legal, company accounting and financial guidelines; updating financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when required; assisting with the preparation of weekly/monthly reports; assisting the Senior Accountant and Corporate Manager, Finance in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings; assist with other accounting projects, as required.

Job Requirements:

The Junior Accountant should be in the initial stages of ACCA or equivalent with the intention on finishing ACCA, possessing good knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel. Excellent verbal and writing skills in English is a must for the role.
