An exciting new position has arisen for a Customer Success Agent. The ideal candidate will be excited about joining a small team in a start-up environment and motivated by the potential to grow with the company as they achieve their global ambitions. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be the first point of contact for customers and successful in delivering excellent service standards and to maintain high customer satisfaction.


A global community for football fans that provides a platform where fans can interact and measure their expertise and knowledge of football against one another.


  • Full- time or part-time.
  • Act as first point of customer contact.
  • Deal with technical issues, financial issues and other customer related enquiries.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within predefined time limits, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on all customer enquiries to ensure resolution.
  • Conduct surveys to gather information on customers opinion about the product.
  • Keep customers up to date with current events, competitions, and new product features.
  • Assist in handling the content of our ‘Help Center’.
  • Administer our CRM software, and the player database system(s).
  • Assist customers with navigation of our mobile platform and website
  • Undergo continuous product training
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers


A salary of 18K gross per annum is being offered to the right candidate.

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of, and passion, for English football
  • Organizational Skills: organize, prioritize and structure your work to ensure a high-quality and immediate response to our customers. Multi-tasking and time management skills are key.
  • Communication Skills: Listening attentively to identify client’s requirements. Excellent at communicating verbally and conveying a clear message. Fluency in spoken and written English are a must.
  • Customer Service Skills: courteously interact with clients, using a positive language, and confident to communicate about our product to ensure an overall positive customer experience. Patience and assertiveness are key assets.
  • Analytical skills: identify and solve problems, quick thinker and decision maker, and able to analyse data.
  • Energetic, positive, self-starter, and great team player with the ability to work also independently.
  • Able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business, and flexible to work shifts and during weekends if necessary.
  • Competent in MS office and web browser tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
