Job Description:

On behalf of our client, a successful iGaming company, we are looking for a CS Agent (German Speaking) to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

- Answer customers’ queries via email and live chat
- Resolve issues by ensuring excellent quality service
- Process pay-outs and investigate bonus abuse, anti-fraud and risk management
- Create and coordinate bonus campaigns
- Improve internal processes to optimize quality and productivity
- Report to direct manager
- Other duties

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

- Fluency German and an additional Nordic language is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferably in iGaming
