Job Description:

Our customer is a company providing support with websites’ SEO optimization. They are improving websites’ visibility and income by providing data after analyzing.  Join their office in Krakow as a Senior Agent for the English speaking Customer Support team.

TASKS:
  • Supporting customer’s technical questions
  • Giving guidelines to the Junior Customer Support team members
  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Success (identifying problematic points, opportunities, contributing to various projects)
  • Identifying bugs and escalating them (identify, diagnose and forward a detailed description of your findings to 2nd level Technical Support)
  • Ability to provide high-level customer support
  • Writing user guides and technical documentation (in case of Frequently Asked Questions in order to reduce the number of tickets coming in)
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1-C2)
  • Experience working in the field of Customer Service (in English speaking, corporate environment)
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML/SEO
