Job Description:

I am looking for a HR Analyst to provide technical and administrative support to my client, this will include benefits administration, the Human Resources Information System, corporate headcount and budgeting, recruitment and compensation administration.

Key parts of the role:

* Administers employee benefit plans by processing any changes in benefits coverage resulting from new hires, terminations or changes to employee coverage.
* Maintains the organisation's Human Resources Information System to support the required range of Human Resources programs and services. Manages all set up and support applications used to maintain or process HRIS data.
* Ensures validity and integrity of HRIS data, ensures employee records are current, accurate and accessible to the Human Resources department.
* Provides timely and accurate employee changes to Payroll, process a variety of confidential information, forms and records for management approval.
* Responsible for preparing timely ongoing reports on employee status and communicating all status changes or impending status issues (i.e. return from maternity leave, disability leave , pending retirement etc.)
* Provides recruitment support by preparing acknowledgement and offer letters, preparing and issuing announcement and new hire emails, maintaining and updating postings, scheduling interviews and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
* Prepares various HRIS reports as required for management review including budget, headcount and turnover.

Skills:

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of information and database management
* Advanced knowledge of Workday or other HRIS systems in order to be able to maintain employee records, benefit plans and interfaces
* Attention to detail for gathering and reporting of data

Education and experience:

* University degree or college diploma
* 2-3 years experience in Human Resources
* English language (advanced)
