Our client is currently looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent to be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
 
Main Duties:
  • Provide customer service via a variety of channels, such as email, phone and live chat, as well as responding to customer questions and offering help as and when required.
  • Occasionally, your language skills may be applied and used for translations. 
  • Upholding precise records of customer accounts, whilst raising issues with the appropriate personnel within the organisation when needed.
