You will be responsible for leading the development of communication strategies, which incorporate understanding of the target insights, media consumption habits and evolving channel landscape. You demonstrate the innate motivation to be on the top tier edge and shape the future. **Key responsibilities:** + Drive the vision and Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) strategy across all therapeutic areas/products in accordance with overall marketing strategy; + Build multi-year MCE tactical plan, in alignment with the strategy of the company; + Develop and implement effective MCE tools, e.g. automated marketing tools, e-mail/phone consent captures with HCPs & Pharmacists, webinars, remote visits etc.; + Interact closely with brand team and medical team to create/adapt the content and deploy tactics aligned with marketing strategy; + Work in efficient partnership with cross-functional team members: BI, IT, SFE, Brand team; + Effectively manage digital and IT vendors, control 3rd party call centers; + Align with Global MCE strategy and share back best experience; adapt global MCE initiatives to the local marketing and sales needs; + Drive constant improvement of MCE technical solution in CLM and SFDC; + Localize and bring to bear MCE content and technical solutions available from Global team/other regions; + Deliver and roll-out of MCE tools for marketing automation, new channels and MCE engagements; + Take responsibility for the setting, monitoring and reporting of critical metrics in MCE activities, return on investment calculation, segmentation and targeting for digital campaigns further planning, collaborating closely with SFE team; + Set up MCE campaigns through internal platform and 3rd party solutions; + Provide trainings and documentation of MCE solutions if required; + Share the latest MCE trends with all internal stakeholders. **Required skills and experience:** + 3-5 years of confirmed working experience with Multichannel Marketing including digital marketing, customer relationship management, sales force effectiveness; + Working knowledge of SFDC or other CRM systems management, understanding of infrastructure of marketing automation systems; + Experience in content management and customer relationship management would be considered as an advantage; + Knowledge of MCE/digital tools legal guidelines; + Proven project management skills; + Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, attention to details, being a cross-functional standout colleague and teammate; + In-depth knowledge of metrics, digital analytics, ability to generate, analyze and interpret data to produce insights. Strong with numbers; + Deadline driven, strong sense of urgency and commitment + Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Deep knowledge of the interactive and digital space and trends in the business; + Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of the comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit; + Upper Intermediate and higher English level.
