SWEDISH SALES COACH / TEAM LEADER
 
We are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Coach to join one of our clients who are going through a successful period of growth. Our client focuses on providing exceptional contact center services to the Swedish market. The ideal candidate must possess a passion for exceeding targets, have a hunger for success, competitive, a people’s person and a keen focus on coaching people.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, coach and supervise a team of outbound sales agents
  • Manage, lead and motivate teams, side by side coaching
  • Management of agents with KPI's and SLA criteria
  • Educating key skills such as getting past Gatekeepers, qualifying a lead, pipelining calls etc
  • Devise and manage sales plans and targets
  • Responsible for the creation of weekly performance reports
  • Responsible for assessing sales performance and reviewing agent performance and taking action accordingly
  • Creating personal development plans and implementing formal sales training techniques

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in training and coaching agents, managing projects and managing teams around projects within Contact Center environments (at least 2 years of training and coaching experience) and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in developing outbound telesales teams
  • Strong experience in sales (at least 2 years of telesales experience as an agent)
  • A proven outbound B2B/B2C sales trainer
  • Problem solving skills
  • Native Swedish Speaker (Mandatory)
  • Strong English skills
  • As a coach you will be approachable and highly observant capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing a strategy to achieve improved results
  • Needs to have an excellent set of communication, interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience required
