Our Client is a leading Digital Content Services company, providing content enrichment and transformation services to publishers and educational institutions worldwide.They also provides bespoke workplace learning and development services for global enterprises. The company is a leading end-to-end service provider of publishing and eLearning solutions designed to to support publishers and their customers around the world. The company has its Global Service Delivery Centres in India (Pondicherry, Chennai, Pune and Bangalore), USA (Chicago, IL), UK (Middlesex) and Japan (Tokyo). 

Now they are looking for an experienced Editorial Director to lead the ELT and Schools content and editorial services team in the UK. Working closely with company?s onshore and offshore teams, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence to ELT and Schools customers both in the UK and worldwide. You'll be an experienced individual with a strong understanding of ELT and Schools products and markets, and best practices for ELT and Schools content delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their career in a fast moving, ever-changing industry. 

Job Requirements:

  • Manage the ELT and Schools Editorial Management team
  • Carry out editorial management work (maximum 50% of time at the outset, declining to 30% as the business develops)
  • Take responsibility for Service wise revenue numbers and be responsible for gross margins for the respective services.
  • Working with the DU Head, develop and lead the strategy for the services and functions managed
  • Establish appropriate relationships with company's customers in the above areas and leverage those relationships to grow the business
  • Support the relevant Inside Sales teams to achieve the Revenue targets and build the company's  brand in the above services of the Business
  • Work closely with the India digital & print production, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Partake in the strategic business planning process on an annual basis as well as on a long-term basis for the business
  • Assess customer and market trends and makes sure that the company is ready to address these trends
