Our Client is a leading Digital Content Services company, providing content enrichment and transformation services to publishers and educational institutions worldwide. They also provide bespoke workplace learning and development services for global enterprises. The company has got Global Service Delivery Centres in India (Pondicherry, Chennai, Pune and Bangalore), USA (Chicago, IL), UK (Middlesex) and Japan (Tokyo)

Job Requirements:

  • Assess client request for proposals and supports offshore team in this activity
  • Assess client processes, workflows and manuscripts to ensure projects are feasible for the company 
  • Plan and budget for content/editorial resource requirements
  • Hire, and brief content/editorial resources (freelance or other) for individual projects
  • Manage the EPMs on ELT and Schools projects, or the content and editorial resources where required
  • Manage and oversee the reporting on the content/editorial status of projects
  • Ensure proactive communication with all stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholders with requirements to understand the company?s process for ELT and Schools content and editorial work
  • Review performance (all components) at all stages and be responsible for the content quality of the final product Editorial work may also be carried out by the Editorial Manager, as and where appropriate.
