Redline are currently working with a leading developer of world class premium electronic consumer products based in Wiltshire who are now looking for a Contract Test Equipment Engineer to assist them deliver High end products to their customers.

Established for 50 years, our client actively encourages as collaborative working environment where a culture of team work and communication are core to their values.

As A Contract Test Equipment Design Engineer you will be responsible for the definition of test specifications for electronics sub assemblies and the design of the test systems and fixtures to support these specifications. In addition to this you will also be responsible for the following;
Use PCB design software to create required PCBA assemblies
Build test systems as required to support NPD and production
Generation of all necessary documentation to support new test equipment and to support current production test equipment and processes.

We are looking for and experienced Contract Test Equipment Engineer who can demonstrate the following
Ability to generate specifications, process and reports to a high standard
• Familiarity with the use of software to design and produce PCBA
• Organised and effective communications with ability to articulate to others
• Flexible and proactive in approach to the role –positive attitude essential.
