URGENT REQUIREMENT - HEAD OF M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions)

Urgent requirement for M&A head for a 100 billion $ global engineering services company.

Job Location - Warwick, UK

Requirements -
  • Proven experience with a major engineering services company or IT company in Europe.
  • Should have a minimum of 5 Yrs experience in an M&A role
  • Should have been responsible for market scans, target research, and initial target assessment, through to building the business case, valuation, the due diligence process, deal structuring, and overall deal PM
  • Total experience of 15 Years but not exceeding 17 Years.
  • Experienec of closing deals and transactions in a major engineering services firm with be essential.
