Job Description:

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for a leading Telecommunication organization for Cressex, High Wycombe location. This is a permanent role.

Functions:
  • Inbound calls responding to all customers requests and incident reports
  • Identify, manage and resolve all incidents
  • Escalate to resolve incidents within SLA
  • Maintain history of problems and solutions
  • Real time service monitoring
  • Run and analyze traffic reports, IP configuration
  • Coordinate and participate in troubleshooting efforts between departments and vendors
  • Manage and monitor Planned Maintenance
  • Document on line VPN customer architecture, with detailing the customer routing services (OSPF, BGP, etc..), technologies ( Firewall, etc..), under a WORD document

Job Requirements:

  • CCNA certified
  • Work experience with VPN (IPSEC, DMVPN, MPLS, Radius, TACACS), VoIP/UC, QoS, APO, Firewalls, Cloud services
  • Good knowledge of layer 1/2 protocols (ATM, xDSL, Ethernet, leased lines, wireless)
  • Understanding of security, firewall, proxy is a plus
  • Familiar with linux OS
  • Strong customer focus
