We need you to help us do this. **Why this role matters** The purpose of this role is to design and deliver the future Broadband customer offer strategy. You’ll use customer insight and trading data to ensure we offer customers the right proposition, in the right place and at the right time in order to grow customer value. **What you'll be doing** + Using customer insight to design a strategy for the way we make offers available for existing Broadband customers, with a focus on growing customer value. + Working closely with a broad range of virtual stakeholders to ensure that the future roadmap of offer capability is fit for purpose and delivers to the Existing Customer Commercial strategy. + Gathering requirements from the wider Existing Customer Commercial team and using them to influence the Data and Decisioning Transformation delivery roadmap + Supporting the development of the new PEGA capability in the delivery roadmap, ensuring a seamless go to market launch – on time, and on budget. **We'll also need to see these on your CV** We have over 6m Broadband customers, so you’ll need to be comfortable with crunching data to identify key opportunities and turn them into capability requirements and actionable plans with other teams. You’ll also need to be able to sell your ideas to a broad range of stakeholders with competing priorities and bring them on the journey with you. You’ll need to have an eye for detail and be able to spot linkages between the offer strategy you’re working on and multiple other projects that could impact our customers. You’ll be motivated by translating detail into simplicity, making an impact on BT’s financial and customer results and working as part of a high performing team. In the first 12 months you’ll: + Use customer insight, advisor insight and input from key stakeholders to develop a ‘blue sky’ view of how BT should offer our existing broadband customers personalised, relevant and timely offers. + Translate your personalised offer strategy into a series of achievable time horizons, then assess whether the existing delivery roadmap, Commercial requirements and action plans are in line with that strategy. + Influence existing delivery plans in order to optimise the Broadband offer strategy over the next 6 – 18 months. + Work with a virtual project team to shape new capability into robust go to market plans which will underpin a seamless launches and step change our ability to upsell customers **Why choose us?** BT offer a structured career ladder recognising and rewarding strong performance.
