Location: On-site in Dublin, Ireland and Virtual 

Position Summary

As a facilitator of New Employee Onboarding - Business Intelligence courses, you will be expected to have a basic computer programming understanding with knowledge and concepts such as Machine Learning (ML), web development, workflows, product releases, and comfort as a social network application user. Facilitators are expected to lead courses using a dynamic approach, engaging learners to foster team collaboration, solve problems, make data driven decisions, and immerse into the learning via cohort coaching, instructor-led, and virtual
onboarding training sessions.

Role Requirements
Technical Business Integrity Facilitators are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the new employee onboarding training. Faciliators will be required to be trained and certified in the subject matter content. This role requires selected candidates to lead the training with a high level of energy and enthusiasm during each session. Facilitators will be training learners who are computer engineers/programmers/software developers for a large Social Media organization. These computer engineering / programmers / developers are responsible for securing and protecting over ~2 billion users. The client’s culture and it’s learners are both cerebral and vocal.

Facilitators must be very comfortable with technology and be social media savvy.

Job Requirements:

Education and Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Instructional Design and Technology,
Performance Management, Learning and Development, Software
Development/Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-5 years of professional experience with Fortune 1000 clients
• At least 2 years experience with instructor led and virtual facilitation
• Experience in Social Media Networking required
• Experience in understanding the design and development of learning solutions a plus
• Direct, high-level relationships with team leads, executives and/or top learning decision makers’ a plus

General Knowledge and Skills
• Superior client relationship development skills
• Superior writing and communication skills
• Strong process management execution skills
• Engage and challenge learners in activities
• Effectively manage classroom dynamics

Required Tools and Applications
• Technology savvy - including web-based online news and social media sites
o Must be familiarity and comfortable with using social media
• Use of Corporate Networking sites like “Blue Jeans”, Workplace”, and “Slack”
• Ability to use virtual delivery tools like: Citrix and WebEx
o If not familiar – learning these own your own time for facilitation delivery
purposes will be required
• Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and understand advanced
functionality without assistance

Projected schedule is designed to get 200 employees through the functional NEO program; approx. 20-25 people per 6-week session; 1st session’s potential start date – the week of April 23rd, 2018 with a Train-the-Trainer the week of April 16, 2018.

The training plan is based on 6-week sessions and we there will be 4 sessions in total this year (2018).

  • 2, 6-week sessions in Q2
  • 1, 6-week sessions in Q3
  • 1, 6-week session in Q4

Salary Benefits:

Rate card indicatiing hourly wage (Virtual Instructor Led Training) and 1/2 day and 1-Day wage (On-site Instructor Led Training) available after exploratory interview.
