A European recruitment story since the early internet

The idea behind Eurojobs began in 1994, when online recruitment was still a new and experimental concept. Recruiters and technology professionals were beginning to use the internet to find opportunities, and Eurojobs was created around the belief that Europe needed a more open, cross-border employment platform.

Eurojobs.com was registered as a dotcom in September 1996, at a time when registering a domain often still required manual contact with registrars. The first version was technically simple by today's standards, but it quickly showed that jobseekers and recruiters across Europe needed a shared digital space.

Growth across Europe

Over the years, Eurojobs attracted recruiters, employers, jobseekers, advertisers, and recruitment campaigns from a wide range of organisations. It became part of the developing pan-European recruitment landscape, supporting mobility, job discovery, and employer visibility across borders.

The platform has been redesigned several times as internet technology, search, databases, email, cloud hosting, and social platforms evolved. Eurojobs V3 continues that modernization by rebuilding the platform on a cleaner architecture with stronger account tools, improved search, CV features, employer services, advertising controls, and AI-assisted support tools.

Our mission

Eurojobs is built around the idea that Europe is more than a collection of separate labour markets. It is a shared space where people can work, live, move, hire, and build careers across borders, languages, and cultures.

Our goal is to support a more transparent, accessible, and trusted European job market, while respecting jobseeker privacy, employer needs, and the legal responsibilities that come with handling recruitment data.

Eurojobs under OTI Group

Eurojobs.com is a legally registered trading name of One Terrene International Group, also known as OTI Group. OTI Group has owned and operated Eurojobs since November 2020.

The current rebuild reflects OTI Group's wider focus on digital systems, vocational training, technology, ethical innovation, and practical tools that support people, organisations, and communities.

Important name clarification

Eurojobs.com is not associated with Eurojobs GmbH in Austria or any other company using the Eurojobs name. Eurojobs.com is an online platform operated under One Terrene International Group.
