Employer and Agency Terms
These terms apply to employers, agencies, recruiters, company users, team members, feed clients, and commercial users of Eurojobs.
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to employers, recruiters, agencies, company account owners, team members, feed clients, advertisers, and other commercial users of Eurojobs.
If you act for a company, agency, or client employer, you confirm that you have authority to use Eurojobs for that organisation and to submit jobs, company details, payments, feeds, adverts, and applications workflows on its behalf.
2. Accurate company profiles
Company profiles, logos, descriptions, locations, websites, VAT/billing details, badges, and contact information must be accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading.
You must not impersonate another company, misuse a client brand, upload a logo you are not authorised to use, or create multiple accounts to bypass free trials, credits, limits, domain rules, approval rules, or payment obligations.
3. Job posting rules
Job adverts must describe genuine vacancies or recruitment opportunities and must be accurate, lawful, current, and clear. You are responsible for requirements, salary claims, location, remote/hybrid status, application methods, visa/work-permit statements, language requirements, and expiry or closing dates.
You must not post fake jobs, misleading jobs, discriminatory jobs, scams, phishing links, malware, illegal work, adult exploitation, unpaid trial work disguised as employment, pyramid schemes, or jobs designed primarily to harvest personal data.
4. Equality, discrimination, and lawful hiring
Employers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, equality, anti-discrimination, immigration, labour, tax, and recruitment laws. Eurojobs may provide fields, badges, filters, warnings, or structured data, but these do not replace employer compliance duties.
Requirements such as gender, nationality, age, language, country, work permit, experience, education, or location must be lawful, relevant, proportionate, and justifiable under applicable law.
5. Applications and ATS use
Employers may use Eurojobs application and ATS tools to receive, review, shortlist, reject, interview, comment on, and manage candidates. You must handle candidate data confidentially and only for genuine recruitment purposes.
ATS notes, statuses, screening questions, and comments must be professional, lawful, relevant, and not discriminatory, abusive, or unnecessarily sensitive.
6. Candidate privacy
Candidate data obtained through Eurojobs must not be scraped, sold, transferred, published, reused for unrelated marketing, or shared outside the recruitment process except where lawful and necessary.
Candidate discovery previews are limited to help identify potential matches. You must not attempt to identify, contact, export, scrape, or reconstruct candidate identities outside approved Eurojobs workflows.
7. Screening questions and tests
Screening questions, skills tests, code questions, timed questions, or application requirements must be lawful, relevant to the role, proportionate, and respectful. They must not request unnecessary sensitive data, protected characteristics, passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
8. Credits, products, packages, and limits
Commercial accounts are responsible for understanding credit balances, product limits, package rules, posting durations, trial limits, renewals, upgrades, AI Service usage, job credits, advertising credits, invoice terms, and payment status.
Free trials, comped credits, or promotional products are provided for evaluation or controlled use and must not be abused through duplicate accounts, domain manipulation, or artificial posting patterns.
9. Feeds and imports
If you use XML, CSV, Excel, or other imports, you remain responsible for all imported content. Automated import does not guarantee activation and does not remove responsibility for accuracy, legality, freshness, duplicates, credit use, or application links.
Eurojobs may ingest, map, validate, defer, deactivate, deduplicate, limit, throttle, or reject feed jobs to protect credits, platform performance, job quality, and user trust.
10. Agency accounts and client companies
Agencies may post on behalf of client companies only where authorised. Jobs should make the employer/agency context clear where required. Agency accounts may share credits across client postings depending on configuration.
Agencies are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and brand permissions of jobs and company profiles created for client companies.
11. Team members and permissions
Account owners are responsible for adding, removing, and permissioning team members. You must remove access when staff leave, change role, or no longer need access.
Actions taken by team members may be treated as actions of the account owner or company.
12. Advertising and sponsored content
Employers and agencies may purchase banners, sponsored content, or related promotional products where available. All promotional material is subject to review and admin approval. Payment does not guarantee publication or performance.
13. No guarantee of outcomes
Eurojobs does not guarantee applications, candidate suitability, interviews, hires, retention, job views, search ranking, match quality, clicks, advertising performance, or employer brand outcomes.
14. Enforcement
Eurojobs may restrict, suspend, block, deactivate, review, or terminate employer, agency, feed, advertising, or team access where rules are breached or where there are fraud, safety, payment, legal, spam, or platform-integrity concerns.
