Strategic Gears is a management consulting firm operating across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Spain, Qatar, and the UK — delivering Strategy & Transformation, PMO, Digital & Technology, and Financial Advisory across 13 sectors.
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Partners needs from our Madrid Office.
What You’ll Do
Draft and review communications on behalf of Partners — with the tone and accuracy the brand demands.
Organize Partner-level meetings end-to-end: pre-reads, briefings, logistics, minutes, and action follow-through.
Welcome visitors and represent the Madrid office front-of-house.
Process expenses and coordinate with EAs across KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Spain and the UK.
Manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars for Partners; resolve conflicts and prioritize sensitive matters proactively.
Coordinate domestic and international travel across SG’s regional footprint.
Qualifications
3–5 years as an EA supporting senior leadership; professional services background (consulting, law, banking) preferred.
Bachelor’s degree .
Full professional fluency in English ; Arabic is a plus.
Advanced MS Office and digital productivity tools.
