Job DescriptionAs an Account Manager at Evooq, your primary purpose is to ensure client satisfaction and deliver a consistently positive experience with our software and data products. You will serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for your client portfolio, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships. You will also be responsible for identifying new requirements, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring clients extract maximum value from the Evooq platform. What You Will Do Client Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention Act as the internal voice of your clients within Evooq — ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance and support to help clients achieve their business objectives Address client feedback and concerns in a timely and effective manner, facilitating issue resolution and enhancing overall satisfaction Commercial Growth Identify and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the Evooq product ecosystem Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives, aligned with each client's business goals Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and ensure the proper execution of all contractual aspects Oversee account receivables and ensure timely payments Platform Adoption & Value Delivery Maximise client utilisation of Evooq products and services — providing guidance and best practices to ensure clients gain full value from their investment Keep clients informed about new products, features, and enhancements, ensuring they are always aware of the latest developments Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and align Evooq solutions accordingly Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration Track and analyse key account metrics — including product usage, revenue generation, and client satisfaction — to generate insights for continuous improvement Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to drive client success and ensure a seamless experience Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting, providing regular updates to leadership QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field 5+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within fintech or financial services Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills Demonstrated ability to achieve upselling and cross-selling targets Strong negotiation and contract management skills Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute account plans A client-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to client satisfaction Strong collaboration skills — able to work effectively across internal teams Fluency in German and English is required; French is a strong asset Why join usA fast-paced organisation with the ambition to become the wealth management technology industry leader A culture built on humility, curiosity, and pragmatism — evident in everything we do Employees have a genuine say in roadmaps, schedules, and features, and are listened to Modern, reliable, and scalable technology stacks A collaborative, international team across Lausanne, Zurich, and Singapore We value our employees, our clients, and take great pride in what we build Additional InformationEvooq is a global provider of technology-driven solutions for wealth managers.
