Acting as a key partner to leadership, finance, and operations teams, you will build forecasting models, reporting systems, and automated data workflows that improve visibility and drive performance. The role combines technical depth with business acumen, requiring someone who can move seamlessly between data infrastructure, analysis, and strategic storytelling. You will operate in a fast-paced, fully remote environment where ownership, precision, and scalability are essential. This position is ideal for a data professional who enjoys building systems that power real-time, high-stakes business decisions.Accountabilities:Develop and maintain forecasting models for revenue, headcount, and business performance to support strategic planning and decision-making.Translate historical and operational data into forward-looking insights, identifying risks, trends, and growth opportunities.Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.Design standardized reporting frameworks for marketing, client performance, media spend, and core business KPIs.Automate manual reporting processes by building scalable data pipelines and integrating multiple data sources.Manage and enhance data workflows using tools such as Supermetrics, Google Sheets, and Apps Script for seamless reporting automation.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across all reporting systems and databases.Design and maintain structured databases to support operations, finance, and performance reporting needs.Requirements:3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles, preferably in fast-paced digital, agency, or DTC environments.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent tools for data analysis, querying, and pipeline development.Advanced expertise in Google Sheets and Excel, including complex formulas, automation, and scripting (Apps Script preferred).Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or comparable platforms.Strong understanding of marketing and performance data, including familiarity with paid media platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.Experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and automated data workflows from multiple data sources.Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable, reliable data infrastructure rather than one-off reports.High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and data accuracy mindset.Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into clear business recommendations.Benefits:Competitive monthly compensation in the range of $2,000–$4,000 USD.Fully remote work setup with global team collaboration.Opportunity to work on high-impact marketing and business intelligence systems.Exposure to large-scale performance marketing operations and datasets.High autonomy and ownership over analytics infrastructure and reporting systems.Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with strong learning opportunities.Direct collaboration with leadership and cross-functional business teams.How Jobgether works:We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
