- We’re looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team in the banking industry. This role offers a hybrid setup with just 2 days per week in the Bucharest office.

- Develop and deliver secure, high-performance Java applications
- Work across the full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvements
- Provide L3 support for live systems
- What we’re looking for: 🔎
- 3–5 years of experience in software development (2+ with Java)
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Hands-on with REST APIs, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Oracle/PostgreSQL
- Experience with testing (JUnit, Mockito), CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins, Gradle), containers (Docker/OpenShift)
- Familiar with microservices, design patterns, and cloud (AWS is a plus)
- Strong communicator, fast learner, and advocate for secure coding
