This is a 3L service, which is part of We Change Lives.Our welcoming space includes a bright and spacious environment, featuring a versatile dining/activity area, and a sensory room that can become a cinema. Plus, we offer nutritious home-cooked meals from our fully equipped kitchen. We provide a high level of care, with our approach being entirely built around the people we support. A Day in the Life of a Support WorkerAs a Support Worker, no two days are alike - much like the diverse individuals we support. Our approach revolves around person-centered planning, tailoring our services to suit the distinct requirements of each person we support. We are deeply committed to working towards positive outcomes for every individual, celebrating even the smallest milestones on their journey to personal growth.
