BCA is looking for a motivated, entry-level Control Panel Builder to become part of our growing team. With training, support, and real-world project exposure, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills in a thriving industry.What You'll Be DoingAs a Control Panel Builder, you'll play a key role in bringing complex automation systems to life. You will:Assemble electrical control panels from engineering drawings, schematics, and layoutsFollow proven company processes and best practices to deliver high-quality buildsInterpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materialsComplete panel layout work, including enclosure cut-outs and component mountingWork with a range of tools and materials, including wiring, drilling, and tappingEnsure accurate labelling and identification of components and wiringMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspaceDeliver professional workmanship on every projectExpect variety in your work-from detailed assembly to problem-solving and continuous skill development.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is eager to learn and ready to get stuck in.
