Jobseeker Terms
These terms apply to jobseekers using Eurojobs for CVs, applications, job alerts, saved jobs, AI-assisted tools, and related services.
1. Jobseeker account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, secure, and up to date. You must not create accounts for impersonation, spam, fraud, fake applications, or misuse of employer data.
2. Profile and CV accuracy
You must provide accurate, truthful, lawful, and up-to-date profile, CV, application, cover letter, and contact information. You must not claim qualifications, experience, permissions, work rights, skills, or identity details that are false or misleading.
3. Master CV and CV privacy
Your Master CV is private to your account unless you choose to create application or presentation versions, apply for jobs, export content, or otherwise share information through Eurojobs workflows.
Employers receive application information only when you apply or choose to share it through the platform. Candidate discovery previews are intended to be limited or anonymised before an approved contact/application workflow.
4. CV upload and parsing
You may be able to upload CV files and use parsing tools to extract or structure information. You must review parsed content before saving or using it because parsing may be incomplete, inaccurate, or formatted differently from the original file.
5. AI-assisted CV and application tools
AI-assisted CV, cover letter, or profile tools are advisory. You must review and approve any suggested text before using it. You remain responsible for accuracy, truthfulness, legality, and suitability.
6. Applications
You are responsible for reviewing job adverts, employer details, requirements, salary or benefits information, work location, application method, and any AI-assisted suggestions before applying.
Eurojobs is not the employer unless expressly stated. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, salaries, visa outcomes, relocation, employer response, or employment conditions.
7. Job alerts and recommendations
Job alerts, saved searches, suggested jobs, match scores, and notifications are based on available data and settings. They may be incomplete or imperfect and do not guarantee suitability or availability.
8. Paid jobseeker features
Some CV templates, AI Services, sponsored content, promotional services, or other features may require payment, credits, or a product entitlement. Paid features do not guarantee employment, ranking, visibility, applications, interviews, or job offers.
9. Sponsored content by jobseekers
Where available, jobseekers may purchase or submit sponsored content. Sponsored content must be lawful, accurate, rights-cleared, relevant, and approved by Eurojobs before or during publication.
10. Employer contact and safety
You should use judgement when communicating with employers or external application websites. Do not send money to employers, share passwords, or provide unnecessary sensitive information. Report suspicious jobs or messages to Eurojobs support.
11. Prohibited jobseeker conduct
You must not submit fake applications, harass employers, spam applications, misuse employer contact details, upload malware, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, or use Eurojobs for fraud, scraping, or abusive behaviour.
12. Account deletion and data rights
You may request account deletion or data-rights actions through the Eurojobs category of the OTI Group Helpdesk. Account access may be blocked after a verified deletion request while records remain retained for review or legal reasons as described in the Data Rights page.
